	  STEAM VERSION OF QUAKE II

	  Unfortunately the Quake II remaster is not compatible with many mods,
	  including the Citizen Abel mods.

	  But that's ok! Here'a a workaround:
	  
	  1. Unzip all contents into your Quake2 directory
	     (e.g. c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\quake 2\)
	  
	  2. Download Yamagi Quake II at https://www.yamagi.org/quake2
	     (on the web page, search for: Precompiled Windows binaries)
	  
	  3. Unzip Yamagi Quake II into your Quake 2 directory.
	     (unzip the files into the same folder as quake2.exe. You'll want
	      quake2.exe and yquake2.exe to be in the same folder)
	  
	  4. Run yquake2.exe

	  5. Press the tilde ~ key (on keyboard, left of the "1" key) to open console
	  
	  6. To run the episodes, enter the appropriate command:
	  
			a. To run CITIZEN ABEL 1: THE SELF-ENTITLED ADVENTURE, enter:
			game citizen1
	  
			b. To run CITIZEN ABEL 2: BARGAIN-BIN SAVIOR, enter:
			game savior2
	  
			c. To run CITIZEN ABEL 3: THE CIVIC REDEMPTION, enter:
			game civic3
	  
			b. To run CITIZEN ABEL 4: MALFUNCTION JUNCTION, enter:
			game mj4
	  
	  6. Press ESC to open the main menu.

	  7. In the main menu, select GAME to start a new game. Enjoy!
