    Quadrilateral Cowboy uses a modified version of id Software's idTech4 engine. It uses iodoom3 as its code base.

    It's not running on my laptop

    Some laptops have two pieces of video hardware: a built-in internal graphics chip, and a separate video card. Sometimes the laptop needs to be manually told which one to use.

    Typically this setting can be accessed via the system tray, such as the Nvidia Settings program. Please check and make sure Quadrilateral Cowboy is using the video card, not the internal graphics chip.

    I'm getting the error message: "failed to open log file 'qconsole.log'"

    This crash generally happens when the computer's username has an umlaut, accent, or special character in it. I'm investigating solutions into this, but in the meantime:
